Angelica Panganiban finally breaks silence on ex-bf Carlo Aquino

After being surprised by his ex-boyfriend during a press conference, Angelica Panganiban finally broke her silence to address the rumors surrounding them. Pertaining to her ex-beau Carlo Aquino, the Kapamilya actress claimed that she’s grateful for his unwavering respect.

During the launch of a book co-written by Angelica on February 24, the guests couldn’t help but feel “kilig” vibes when Carlo Aquino appeared out of nowhere, with a bouquet of flowers in hand! The shocked actress was more than happy to receive the flowers from one of her ex-boyfriends.

The interaction between Angelica and Carlo is truly bringing in all the feels. But the question still stands: ‘are they back together?’

Speaking to Philippine Entertainment Portal, Angelica Panganiban claimed that the surprise was orchestrated two weeks before the presscon. Carlo informed her that he would be coming, but Angelica thought he was just pulling her leg:

“Hindi ko kasi alam na seseryosohin, akala ko talaga usapang barbero yung sasama siya. Ang tagal na nun, two weeks ago na yun.Nagpapasalamat ako dahil isa sa mga ex ko nirespeto ako, pinuntahan ako dito.”

After news broke out about Carlo’s sweet surprise, people were wondering if the two former lovers were already an item. When asked about their real status, the 31-year-old actress jokingly said:

“Kami na uli, hindi ninyo ba alam? Para maiba. Parang fifteen years ago na yun, mas matagal na kaming naging magkaibigan kaysa magkarelasyon kami. Iba talaga yung level ng friendship. And ganito din naman yung ibang mga kaibigan sa akin, like sila Ketchup [Eusebio]. Nagkataon lang talaga na siguro na ex ko siya, talagang may meaning.”

Angelica Panganiban and Carlo Aquino were one of the most iconic loveteams in their time. This is why many people are still hoping for their comeback. Who knows, maybe these two Kapamilya stars will find out that love is sweeter the second time around?

OFW Nag Paalam Na Sa Kanyang Amo Para Umuwi Sa Pilipinas, At Hindi Nila Inaasahan Ang Sunod Na Ng Pangyayari...

When a local story headlines an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW)’s and the story goes viral on social media, it’s almost always a tragic story. Indeed, there are a lot of abusive employers who maltreat and underpay poor OFW’s who have already sacrificed so much just so they can support their families back home. This is why it’s truly refreshing to hear about OFW’s having a good relationship with their employers.

This story of an OFW who is bidding the Middle East goodbye after 33 long years of working as an OFW has gone viral for all the good reasons. It shows a woman obviously loved and treasured by the family for whom she served as a housemaid for the longest time.

Netizen Anthony Enriquez posted the video, which has since garnered over 40,000 shares and reactions. He captioned the video with this:

The video shows a woman OFW, already in a wheelchair, being sent off by her employer-family. The woman and her employers were in tears, obviously in pain for having to depart from each other’s company. Although Overseas Filipino Workers are by name employees, it is unavoidable to form bonds with a family they work close with day in and day out for years. If only all employers of OFW’s were this way.

Netizens were moved by the obviously sweet relationship between the Overseas Filipino Worker and her employers. Still, they were celebrating the fact that the woman, who had spent most her years away from family, is finally headed home.

Watch the tearful airport farewell scene below:
